Lovely kaftan dress

There I was one day, walking on Halkithiki’s town streets after a long day at the beach, when I saw the most beautiful white kaftan dress I have ever seen. I kid you not when I say it was the most beautiful kaftan dress ever. The fabric was fantastic and when I asked the lady in the store how much it was, I was shocked it was only 30 euros. Since I had no cash I quickly went home to retrieve some money, just to arrive 15 minutes later missing the last kaftan sold to a very nice German lady.

I have tried to purchase something similar ever since but I can’t seem to find the perfect one. I hope next time I go to Greece I will find it…somewhere…I don’t care if I have to haunt down that German lady.

Inspiration: backless dress

I have been in love with backless dresses since I can remember. In fact, I love any piece that is backless. I remember always searching for anything that had no back. I still have a golden metallic top from when I was a teenager. I can’t seem to detach from it. It’s sexy and chic. But remember, there is always a limit between being classy and showing your butt line. Yes, there is.

A punch of neon

Nothing reminds me of summer like neon colors do.I love them.

I started using neon nail polish and I really like how colorful my hands look. I also like how a bright pink or a fluorescent yellow can brighten any black outfit!

Bright accesories, colorful shoes and statement dresses can all stand out with a punch of neon.

 

 

Spring: trends I love

Flowers, breezy afternoons, hint of sunlight. What is not to love about Spring? I am lucky enough to live in a country where we have a Summer/Spring climate all year-long. Yes, you heard me; all-year-long. But I still love to celebrate the arrival of Spring this time of the year.

Here my three favorite fashion trends that have Spring written all over them.

1) Braided crown.

3) Flowy skirts.
